Admission Procedure:

Admission Requirements:

  1. A minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4 is required; 
  2. Exchange students are expected to have adequate English or Chinese proficiency for daily communication and course instruction in either Chinese or English in class.
  3. Good health condition.

Required Application Documents:

  2. A scanned copy of a passport that is valid at least until the end of September of the application year;
  3. A previous academic transcript authorized by the authority of the home university;
  4. Formal recommendations from one’s home university;
  5. Medical examination report;
  6. If applicable, an English or Chinese language certificate.
  7. Passport-sized e-photo/

Application Steps:

  1. Verify that the courses you want to take at AHUT are taught in the language you are proficient in. If your Chinese language proficiency is insufficient for you to study alongside Chinese students, please check and see if there are majors and courses taught in English before submitting an application.
  2. Download the application form;
  3. Sign and date the application form.
  4. Prepare the required application documents;
  5. Scan the signed application form and other application documents and send them to your home university’s coordinator.
  6. The coordinator of the applicants’ home university sends all students’ application forms and documents to the coordinator of the AHU exchange program for international students. (Till the deadline.)

Admission Process:

  1. AHU receives application forms and documents from partner university coordinators.
  2. AHU Admission Committee members evaluate application documents and, if necessary, conduct interviews with applicants.
  3. AHU announces the evaluation results and sends the names of admitted students to partner universities.
  4. AHU delivers admission paper documents to the coordinator of the student exchange program of partner universities.

IMDC initiates educational exchange programme with Chinese university

Islamabad: Islamabad Medical & Dental College (IMDC), Pakistan, and Anhui Medical University (AHMU), Hefei, Anhui province, China, entered into an agreement to initiate academic collaboration, says a press release.

IMDC Managing Director Yasir Khan Niazi and AHMU President Dr. CaO Yun Xia signed the agreement. Chairman IMDC and ANTH Dr. Ghulam Akbar Khan Niazi inaugurated the Pakistan-China Cross Cultural Educational Exchange Centre with unveiling of a plaque.
